By downloading, installing, or using AI Prompt Vault ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
3. Ownership
The App and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by us. You retain all rights to the content you create using the App, including your prompts and configurations.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
- Distribute, license, sell, or transfer the App to third parties
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App
5. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional Pro features available through a one-time in-app purchase. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
- Prices are displayed in your local currency
- Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies
- Pro features are tied to your Apple ID and available on all your devices
6. Updates
We may release updates to the App from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, or security improvements. We recommend keeping your App updated to the latest version.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information (spoiler: we don't collect any).
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
