• We do not access your prompts or any content you create
• We do not require any account or registration
• We do not use cookies or tracking technologies

Local Data Storage

All data created within AI Prompt Vault is stored locally on your device:

• Your prompts are stored in your Mac's local storage
• Settings and preferences are stored locally
• No data is transmitted to external servers

iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your prompts will be synchronized across your devices using Apple's iCloud service. This is entirely optional and controlled by your Apple ID settings.

• iCloud sync is disabled by default
• When enabled, data is encrypted by Apple
• We have no access to your iCloud data
• You can disable iCloud sync at any time

Local AI Processing

AI Prompt Vault includes optional AI features that run entirely on your device:

• All AI processing happens locally on your Mac
• No data is sent to external AI services
• Your prompts are never used to train any models
• These features work completely offline

Third-Party Services

AI Prompt Vault does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external service used is Apple's App Store for purchases and updates.

Children's Privacy

AI Prompt Vault does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app does not require any personal information to function.
